If Feedbucket doesn't have a native integration with your tools a great way to solve that is using our Zapier integration. With Zapier you can connect to thousands of other tools. Just search in their **app store and see if you can find yours. This is a great option if you for example want to connect Feedbucket to Google Spreadsheets och Microsoft Excel or any other tool.**

Install the Zapier integration on your Feedbucket project

1. Go to your project and then click the tab Integrations.
2. On the integrations page click the button Connect next to Zapier and the Zapier connection modal should open as seen below. Copy the project key and save it for later since you will need it in step 6. Click on Connect.

3. Go to Zapier and create a new Zap.

4. Click on Trigger and a popup like below should appear. Search for Feedbucket and click on it.

5. Now you can pick which Feedbucket event you want this Zap to Trigger on. We currently have 4 events: Feedback created, Comment created, Feedback resolved, and Feedback unresolved. Select the event for this Zap, and then Continue.

6. Now it's time to connect Feedbucket in the Account Tab. Click on the Sign in next to Connect Feedbucket and a popup will open up. This is where you will enter the Project key that you see in Step 2, and click Yes, continue to Feedbucket. Once the connection has been made, click on Continue again.

7. Test the Trigger. Next step should have a button called Test Trigger. Click on that. If it all worked, you should be getting a success notification with all the data that the Trigger has. Click on Continue with selected records to proceed.
8. Nice! The Feedbucket Zapier trigger is now set up. Connect with all other Zapier integrations now and easily transfer over the data from Feedbucket.

FAQ

Do you have any 2-way integration (Actions) with Zapier?

At the moment, the Zapier integration is just one-way. We are working on an API to make sure that you can use Actions as well.

How to disconnect the Zapier integration.

When you delete the Zap from Zapier, Feedbucket will automatically remove everything as well. So, instead of clicking the Disconnect button in Feedbucket, make sure that you delete the Zap in Zapier instead to clean up everything.
