How to cancel my account

Although we are sad to see you go below are the steps to cancel your account. Please not that you can **pause your subscription instead of cancelling.**


Pause your subscription instead of cancelling to keep your data and settings


⚠️ Your data (feedback, projects, users, settings, integrations, etc) will be deleted when you cancel your account.



If you still wish to cancel:


  1. Click your avatar to your top right
  2. Click **Team settings **in the dropdown
  3. Click on **Billing **to your left
  4. Click **Cancel Subscription **
