How to cancel my account

Although we are sad to see you go below are the steps to cancel your account. Please not that you can pause your subscription instead of cancelling.


Pause your subscription instead of cancelling to keep your data and settings


⚠️ Your data (feedback, projects, users, settings, integrations, etc) will be deleted when you cancel your account.



If you still wish to cancel:


  1. Click your avatar to your top right
  2. Click Team Settings in the dropdown
  3. Click on Billing to your left
  4. Click Cancel Plan
