Can I get a refund?

Feedbucket is a subscription service where we charge your credit card on file automatically at your billing cycle. This means that if you signed up on the 1st of March as an example, Feedbucket will automatically charge your card the 1st each month if you have selected monthly payments.

You can pause or cancel your subscription at any time. Feedbucket does not accept claims of refunds if you have forgotten to cancel before your billing date on monthly plans. If you are on a monthly plan as discussed above and forgot to cancel your account a refund for this month will not be accepted.

If you have a yearly plan we will accept a refund within 14 days after the charge. This refund on your yearly plan will be prorated.
