How to pause your account

If you do not need Feedbucket right now a great option is to Pause your account. That means we will not bill you on your paused months but you also can't access the Feedbucket widget in the meantime.


Note! Only monthly plans can pause their account. So yearly plans can not pause their account.


To pause your account:


  1. Click on your avatar to the top right once logged in to Feedbucket
  2. Click on Team settings
  3. Click Billing to your left
  4. Click on the button "Cancel Subscription". No worries, you will not cancel but this will open the pause flow
  5. A pop-up will come down and you can select if you want to pause your account for 1 or 2 months.

  1. Hit the **Pause Subscription **button and your account is paused.


We show you when your subscription will renew. At the moment we do not have a reminder email going out to you. So please take a note of this pause date yourself and if you want to cancel the account you have to do that before the renew date.



Stop the pause


You will see that your account is paused inside of your Billing section for your Team. Click the button **Stop pause **to directly stop the pause. That means you will go back to your regular billing schedule and can start using Feedbucket directly.



FAQ


How many times can I pause my account?

At the moment we do not have any limit but our team gets notified on each pause so if we see abuse we will take action.


What if I need to pause more than 2 months?

At the moment we only have a max 2 months pause. If you need more than that you would need to delete your account and come back later. Please make sure that this will remove all of your data and settings etc.
