Integration comments are not syncing to Feedbucket

In this document we are going to look at how to troubleshoot feedback sync between your project management tool and Feedbucket, specifically when adding comments to your tasks in your PM tools that should then be synced to Feedbucket.

Comment acknowledgement: did Feedbucket receive the comment?

Feedbucket supports two-way integration with many Project Management tools, and we believe that it's very important for your team to be able to work in their existing tools without ever having to leave them. For this reason, the integrations allow you to add comments to your feedback that will sync to Feedbucket by using the @feedbucket mention at the beginning of your comment.

Before, there was no way to tell if the comment had been correctly received by Feedbucket within the PM tool, leading to delays with your clients, or causing you to have to go and personally check by logging into Feedbucket. We have now introduced an acknowledgement message that will tell you if the comment has been sent to Feedbucket, and when.

It will appear as a new comment, or a new comment on the same thread. Please check here for the integrations that support this feature and how the acknowledgement behaves individually for each integration:

The acknowledgement message should appear within seconds, but please give it at least 15 minutes, as the webhooks may experience a delay. If you do not see the acknowledgement after this timeframe, please contact our support. There might be an issue with sending webhooks that we need to investigate, or even a problem at the integration or tool level.

It would also be wise to refresh the page if you don't see the acknowledgement after a couple of minutes, as sometimes it is needed for the update to show properly.

Here is an example of what this will look like in Asana:
